The Office for Institutional Integrity and Access is responsible for promoting a just, safe, and productive campus environment free from unlawful discrimination, harassment, and barriers to access. The Office’s mission is to eliminate barriers that inhibit individuals and groups from enjoying full access to UNC Asheville’s employment, education, research, community enrichment, and public service opportunities.
Title IX
Gender Equity and Sexual Respect

Clery Compliance
Campus Crime Reports and Statistics
The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act) is a federal mandate requiring higher education institutions to disclose information about crime on their campuses and in the surrounding communities. Please follow the link below for more information on reporting and campus safety.
Protection of Minors
All programs involving minors taking place on University property, as well as University-sponsored youth programs held off campus, are required to register and receive prior approval.
